Framed artwork ordered from the present stock can be 100% refunded or exchanged if the client is not satisfied with our work, framing or the quality of the frame. However, specific customized orders which clients ordered with their own choice of frame, design, or size will not have any return policy however, only frames can be changed or paintings can be amended.
