Do not hang your paintings on moist walls or in humidity rather hang them at normal room temperature, otherwise the frame or board will be indirect and thus we will not be responsible for any damage.
The paints used are 100% weather resistant so the colours will not turn dim and have a lifelong guarantee.
Do not use a moist cloth because it dims the shine of lacquer and paintings may turn chalky or whitish. Instead, use a dry cotton cloth to dust the paintings. However, the paintings covered with glass can be dusted and cleaned with a moist cloth.
The nails on the wall should be strong enough to bear the weight of the painting’s size. If the size of the painting is big, use 2-3 nails to support the painting.
